In addition to donating to organizations that are researching cancer cures, the foundation is dedicated to helping families who are experiencing difficult times due to the effects of cancer.
The Charles Thide Foundation has used the donations received since its inception in 2005 to help patients battling diseases including: Multiple Myeloma, Lung Cancer, Leukemia, Hodgkin’s Disease, Pancreatic Cancer, Testicular Cancer, Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Colon Cancer, Skin Cancer, Brain Cancer, and Lymphoma. If you or someone you know is suffering from cancer and would like to apply for a grant, please download, complete in its entirety, and submit the form below by mail. All complete requests will be processed in the order they are received in our PO Box. Note: Due to our current waiting list, we are unable to provide grants to patients outside of the Long Island, New York area. Please do not apply if the patient does not reside on LI. |
